The NY Jets are entering what feels like one of the most important offseasons in recent franchise history. The entire potential window of opportunity with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback could depend on what the team does over the next two months, and that's not an exaggeration.

The Jets have an opportunity to set themselves up in a position to legitimately compete for a Super Bowl next season, but they'll need to be smart about how they allocate their resources — much smarter than they were a year ago.

The margin for error is microscopic with a Jets roster that still has quite a few holes to fill. The hope is that the team can start to address some of those roster needs in free agency.

The Jets aren't expected to be among the most active teams in free agency — that's just not how Joe Douglas operates — but they will make some moves over the coming days/weeks.

The team already got a head start on that process before the legal-tampering period even opened on Monday, signing veteran cornerback Isaiah Oliver and re-signing a pair of their own in Chuck Clark and Kenny Yeboah.

This page will be your best friend over the course of the next week or so. We will continue to update this tracker with live, up-to-date analysis of every move the Jets make in free agency.

Be sure to check back periodically or bookmark this page, as we will be updating this tracker throughout the week.
