5 remaining free agent targets for the NY Jets in the 2023 offseason
Despite not much movement, it was an eventful first week of free agency for the NY Jets.
They brought Quincy Williams back, added one of the top receivers available in Allen Lazard, bolstered the interior offensive line depth with Wes Schweitzer and Trystan Colon, traded for a reliable safety in Chuck Clark, oh, and they got Aaron Rodgers to verbally commit.
The Jets have a good roster, but they can still add some talent given the possibility that Rodgers is only with the team for one season. Here are five remaining free-agent targets for the Jets.
1. NY Jets target: Odell Beckham Jr., WR
The biggest name the Jets can acquire is undoubtedly Odell Beckham Jr. According to multiple reports, the Jets are one of the teams most interested in Beckham.
Rodgers’ already expressed his interest in the free-agent receiver on The Pat McAfee Show, and Sauce Gardner has teased Jets fans with the idea as well.
It would be hard not to get excited about the Jets possibly adding Beckham. Although wide receiver is not necessarily a position of need, the idea of Aaron Rodgers throwing to the likes of Garrett Wilson, Elijah Moore, Allen Lazard, and Odell Beckham Jr. is very exciting.
