In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Luciano break down a series of moves the New York Jets made in free agency, discuss the team's options with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and analyze a few draft prospects in our weekly draft spotlight.

The first half of the show was dedicated to a further breakdown of the Jets' free-agency period. Last week, Justin and Mike discussed the signings of Justin Fields, Brandon Stephens, Andre Cisco, and Rashad Weaver. This week's show featured discussions about the other signings made after that recording.

The first three discussed were defensive tackles Derrick Nnadi, Byron Cowart, and Jay Tufele. The Jets needed defensive tackle depth, but will any of these three players make a legitimate impact in 2025? Nnadi might have the best chance of them all.

Justin and Mike then took a closer look at the two new pass-catchers the Jets added in free agency, wide receiver Tyler Johnson and tight end Stone Smartt. Johnson and Smartt represent young, high-upside fliers for a Jets team that is looking for depth at both positions.

Finally, we took a look at the Jets' two newest offensive linemen, Josh Myers and Chukwuma Okorafor. Myers gives the Jets excellent interior offensive line depth and increased versatility while Okorafor is a depth tackle who is currently the team's projected starting right tackle. Justin and Mike had different perspectives on Okorafor.

Justin and Mike then answered some questions in chat and discussed what the Jets' options with the No. 7 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft might be. Everyone from Mason Graham to Tetairoa McMillan to Tyler Warren to Armand Membou was discussed. Who should the Jets target?

The final segment of the show was our weekly draft spotlight, in which Mike took a look at Ohio State defensive tackle Tyleik Williams while Justin broke down Georgia Tech blocking tight end Jackson Hawes. We explain why both Williams and Hawes make sense as potential Jets targets.
