4. The NY Jets could sign Rashaan Evans

Rashaan Evans is another option to bring in for linebacker depth. Evans is a former first-round pick by the Titans and spent last season with the Falcons. He started all 17 games and had 159 tackles and two sacks.

Besides C.J. Mosley and Quincy Williams, the Jets do not have many linebackers with much experience. Someone like Jack or Evans could make sense with an already inexperienced third linebacker.

5. The NY Jets could sign Leonard Fournette

If Dalvin Cook does wind up going to Miami, there are still some interesting options if the Jets want a veteran running back.

Leonard Fournette spent time with Nathaniel Hackett in Jacksonville and could bring some interesting elements to the Jets' running back room. Fournette is a good blocker and receiver — he had over 500 receiving yards last season.

Fournette is a bigger back as well and would be able to help ease Breece Hall back from his torn ACL. It is unclear if the Jets do want another veteran running back or if their interest is just in Cook, but Fournette makes sense if they want to go that route.
