Heading into Week 12 action, the New York Jets are set to face the Carolina Panthers at home in MetLife Stadium. Here is the final injury report for both teams as well as today’s weather for the game.

With the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in full swing, fans of the New York Jets are hoping to end it with a big win over a powerhouse of a team in the Carolina Panthers. It won’t be easy but hopefully, since the Jets are coming off a bye week, they’re rested and overly prepared for a tough game ahead.

When it comes to injuries to both teams, the Jets have two key ones that might very well have a big impact in this Week 12 matchup. Running back Matt Forte is still dealing with a severe knee injury as it’s not looking good for him to play on Sunday. Even if he does, it will most likely be in a limited role to not further aggravate his knee.

For the Panthers, they’re pretty healthy with the exception of cornerback Captain Munnerlyn who is dealing with an illness and most likely won’t play. Quarterback Cam Newton is also a bit banged up but one wouldn’t even notice it since he continues to dominate on offense. Newton is dealing with injuries to his right thumb and throwing shoulder but still taking care of business.

Below you will find the latest injury report for both teams from Wednesday’s practices, courtesy of the Media Relations Department of the Jets. Please keep in mind that due to the holiday Thanksgiving weekend, players from both teams were given off on Friday and Saturday to spend time with their families.
