Bowles breaks down the Week 4 injuries heading into practice this past week as well as how he plans to bounce back from the Week 3 loss thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles. He also breaks down what it takes to get prepared for game day after a long trip from New York to London.

Jets vs Dolphins: Injury status report

The Jets are definitely heading into this Week 4 matchup with a few notable injuries from the official injury status report. Tops on the list is offensive guard Willie Colon who now leaves his starting duties for Brian Winters to handle defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. How Winters handles this matchup could very well be the difference maker in who leaves this game victorious.

Jets vs Dolphins: Top 5 players to watch

Speaking of Suh, he’ll definitely be one of the top players to watch in this matchup. As much as I hate to say it, I don’t see Winters being able to keep up with Suh who has yet to register a sack this season. One better believe he’ll come out of the gates swinging to not only get his first sack against the Jets but also live up to his big contract he earned in the off-season.

Fantasy Football Start Or Sit Week 4: Chris Ivory

For all you fantasy football owners out there, definitely consider starting running back Chris Ivory. He suited up but didn’t play at all last week and will be itching to make a big impact in their first division rival game of the season. I predict over 100 yards rushing and at least a touchdown or two.
