In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Luciano discuss the latest NY Jets drama with Mecole Hardman, the Jets' failing NFLPA report card, the Laken Tomlinson release, and a plan to fix the Jets' offensive line.

The conversation began with a breakdown of everything going on with Hardman and the Jets. The three-time Super Bowl champion trashed his former team on a recent episode of "The Pivot" podcast with Ryan Clark.

Jets punter Thomas Morstead got involved, calling out Hardman on social media the following day. Amidst all that drama, Jets cornerback Sauce Gardner and tight end Kenny Yeboah publicly alluded to the possibility that Hardman may have leaked their offensive gameplan ahead of the Philadelphia Eagles game last season.

Yes, you read that correctly. Multiple Jets players are accusing Hardman of helping out his friends on the Eagles and leaking his team's offensive gameplan before the game. It should be noted that Hardman was traded to the Chiefs three days after that game took place.

The NFLPA also released their annual report cards for each team, and the Jets received below-average grades essentially across the board. Robert Saleh and the Jets' coaching staff did not rank highly according to players around the league.

Finally, Justin and Mike discussed the Jets' decision to release Laken Tomlinson this week. The Jets now need to find three new starting offensive linemen this offseason, and Justin and Mike each offered their best plans to fix the unit.

Which free agents should the Jets target to replace Tomlinson? How should the Jets approach the 2024 NFL Draft? All of that was discussed.
