NY Jets training camp tickets sell out in record time

The NY Jets are set to enter the 2023 season with more hype than at any point in recent franchise history. The acquisition of Aaron Rodgers has made the Jets the talk of the NFL world, and fans couldn't be more excited to see their favorite team in action this season.

Many don't even want to wait until the start of the regular season or even the preseason. Jets training camp tickets officially went on sale on Monday, and those tickets sold out within three minutes. Yes...for real.

Thousands of fans queued up for a limited number of tickets, nearly crashed the Jets' website, and managed to sell out the available tickets in less than five minutes. If that doesn't speak to the level of hype around this team, I'm not sure what does.

For those fans who may have missed out on tickets for the first four training camp practices open to the public, fear not, as there will be more on sale in the future. Additional tickets will go on sale on July 31, according to the Jets.

NY Jets hype has reached unbelievable levels this summer

The Jets enter the 2023 season with legitimate Super Bowl aspirations for the first time in at least close to a decade. With Rodgers now at the helm, there are many who believe the Jets could be serious contenders, even in a stacked AFC.

Rodgers joins 2022 All-Pros such as Sauce Gardner, Quinnen Williams, and C.J. Mosley alongside young offensive core pieces like Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall, and Alijah Vera-Tucker. The result is the most talented roster the Jets have boasted since their AFC Championship Game appearances over a decade ago.

There might not be an NFL team that has received the degree of media attention — for better or worse — that the Jets have this offseason. Their upcoming appearance on "Hard Knocks" will only serve to increase their media recognition.
