Welcome those of you who've made it to the fantasy football playoffs! If you've had the misfortune of missing the playoffs please don't worry — there are other ways to make money on the NFL this Sunday. For the playoff participants, I have picks that I'm confident will get you into the next round.

I have a bye in my big-money league and finished fourth in my other league so I too will need to know which Jets to start/sit in order to move on so you can trust this advice is as sincere as any — I will be following these lists to the letter.

Just so you know, I had these lists locked, loaded, and ready to go assuming Mike White was QB1, but with the announcement on Friday we are shifting gears. I sincerely apologize to Jets fans everywhere, as I've been called a jinx for predicting that perfectly healthy Mike White would get hurt last week if hit too much.

Smart money says there will be way fewer fantasy points to go around for the Jets with Zach Wilson under center so we must choose our picks wisely. Let's discuss!

NY Jets to sit with confidence

  • Braxton Berrios
  • C.J. Uzomah

I like C.J. Uzomah a lot — which is why I decided to bring him back up despite having zero fantasy-relevant games this year. Braxton Berrios has been featured a lot recently, including in several red-zone sets, so with his BFF Zach Wilson joining the fray, he becomes fantasy relevant as a potential touchdown scorer.

If you find yourself starting either of these guys, though, something has gone wrong — very wrong. There are just too many better fantasy options to make it worth considering these two.
