The NY Jets are set to square off with their division rivals, the Miami Dolphins, in a Week 18 game that means much more to their opponents. The Jets were officially eliminated from playoff contention this past Sunday, while the Dolphins will be fighting for their postseason lives.

A Miami win coupled with a New England Patriots loss would send the Dolphins to the playoffs for the first time since 2017. The Jets, meanwhile, will be looking to play spoiler against their division foes.

Both teams are dealing with injuries at the quarterback position as Joe Flacco is set to start for the Jets with Mike White sidelined, while rookie third-stringer Skylar Thompson is starting for the Dolphins with Tua Tagovailoa and Teddy Bridgewater injured.

Let's take a look at three of the best bets you can make for this week's game. As always, all odds are courtesy of FanDuel.

Best NY Jets Bets Week 18

Garrett Wilson to score 2+ touchdowns (+1500)

This one is admittedly a longshot, but it's one of those longshots that's worth taking a chance on. A $5 bet on Garrett Wilson scoring two touchdowns would net you $80 in total return. Thos are pretty good odds.

Wilson has only scored four touchdowns this season, but they've come in bunches. Those four touchdowns came in pairs with the rookie finding the end zone in only two games this season.

One of those games just so happened to be with Joe Flacco throwing him the ball back in Week 2. In fact, Wilson was easily Flacco's favorite target earlier in the season with the rookie wideout targeted an average of 11 times per game.

Wilson will be looking to make one final push toward winning Offensive Rookie of the Year, and if the Jets can buy Flacco enough time to throw, he and Wilson could feast against this battered Dolphins secondary.

Garrett Wilson 60+ receiving yards (+100)

Sticking with the Garrett Wilson train, if you're not feeling risky enough for a two-touchdown wager, a simple 60+ receiving yards prop should be safe enough and net some decent profit.

Wilson has failed to get much going in each of the last two weeks, but his quarterback play in each of those games has been downright abysmal. Provided Flacco is even semi-passable on Sunday, Wilson could be in for a big day.

Prior to his recent two-week slump, Wilson had topped 60 receiving yards in each of his last four games. We've already discussed his chemistry with Flacco, and he's up against a Dolphins secondary that has been lackluster as of late.

Even if you don't want to take the two-touchdown prop, take this one. It should be easy money.

NY Jets moneyline (+156)

This just feels like a game the Jets are going to win, doesn't it? The season is already, for all intents and purposes, over. They're starting a 37-year-old Joe Flacco in a game that would only serve to hurt the team's draft position.

After losing five straight games to blow their chances at making the playoffs, it only seems on-brand that the Jets would upset their rivals in Week 18 to close the season and finish 8-9.

There's more to it than just "vibes" though. The Dolphins are starting Skylar Thompson at quarterback and they've been just as cold as the Jets, even with a healthy Tua Tagovailoa.

Thompson has looked less than stellar in his two extended outings this season, and he could be in for a rough day against this Jets' defense. If the Jets can even move the ball a little on offense, they should be able to steal this one.
