The NY Jets will play host to the 2-12 Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 16 in a battle between two of the worst teams in the NFL. There is some intrigue, however, with the top two picks in the 2021 NFL Draft squaring off with one another.

Zach Wilson and the Jets limp into this game with seemingly half their roster either out injured or on the COVID-19 list. Wilson will be forced to overcome an ugly supporting cast if he's to score the victory here.

Meanwhile, Lawrence and the Jaguars enter the game as losers of their last six and might just be the coldest team in football. Lawrence has just one touchdown in his last seven starts, but against an injury-riddled Jets defense, he'll have a golden opportunity in Week 16.

Who will win this lowly matchup? We take a look at some of the important information you might need to know.

NY Jets injury report vs. Jacksonville Jaguars Week 16

The Jets enter this game with seven players on their injury report, although that's not including the many more, including Alijah Vera-Tucker, Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, John Franklin-Myers, and Folorunso Fatukasi, who are on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.

Safety Elijah Riley has been ruled OUT with a concussion after a scary collision last week. Wide receiver Jamison Crowder is doubtful with a calf injury and is not expected to play after not practicing all week.

With Crowder sidelined, the Jets will likely be forced to start the trio of Keelan Cole, Denzel Mims, and Braxton Berrios at wide receiver.

The likes of George Fant (knee), Bryce Hall (illness), C.J. Mosley (back), Sheldon Rankins (knee), and Quinnen Williams (shoulder) are questionable, but all of them are expected to play.
