The NY Jets will play host to their second consecutive divisional rival in Week 11 as they face the lowly Miami Dolphins.

The Jets will head into the game fresh off yet another blowout loss, this time at the hands of the Buffalo Bills. The Bills routed the Jets to the tune of a 45-17 thrashing in which the team's defense completely imploded once again.

Perhaps a get-right game against a lackluster Dolphins offense could be in order.

Miami is coming off easily their biggest win of the season after defeating the Baltimore Ravens 22-10 last Thursday night. Could the Dolphins keep their winning ways going?

Let's take a look at what the early oddsmakers are saying.

NY Jets vs. Miami Dolphins Prediction Week 11

A week ago, it's likely the Jets would have been the consensus favorites at home against the Dolphins. But a lot can change in the course of seven days.

The Dolphins managed a massive upset victory over a very good Ravens team in primetime while the Jets looked lifeless against a Bills team that had lost to the Jacksonville Jaguars a week earlier.

The Jets defense is a trainwreck right now. They have been historically awful over the last four weeks allowing a total of 175 points over that timeframe, the second-most by any NFL team since the 1970 merger.

Even with a matchup on tap against a less-than-stellar Miami offense, it's hard to have any faith in the Jets defense.

It's also unclear who will start at quarterback for the Jets. Mike White came crashing back down to earth in Week 10 tossing four interceptions and zero touchdowns.

Ideally, the Jets would love for Zach Wilson to start this Sunday, but that will depend on his health.

Either way, I find it impossible to trust this Jets defense at the moment. Give me a Dolphins victory by a final score of 35-24.
