NY Jets Game Thursday: Jets vs. Colts odds and prediction for Thursday Night Football
By Justin Fried
The NY Jets will travel to Lucas Oil Stadium to take on the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9 fresh off one of their most improbable victories in franchise history.
Mike White stole the show in his first career NFL start throwing for over 400 yards en route to a 34-31 victory over the previously top-seeded Cincinnati Bengals.
Meanwhile, the Colts are coming off a heartbreaking divisional loss to the Tennessee Titans in overtime.
These two teams seem to be trending in completely opposite directions, but the NFL changes on a weekly basis. The Jets know that more than most.

NY Jets vs. Indianapolis Colts Prediction Thursday Night Football
How can you even begin to predict a game like this? Eight days ago, the Jets were the laughing stock of the NFL after an embarrassing 54-13 blowout loss to the New England Patriots in a game in which they lost their starting quarterback.
It was rock bottom for Gang Green. Just seven days later, they're on top of the world and the talk of the entire NFL.
It's impossible to predict what Mike White and the Jets will do in this game. But let's give it a shot, shall we?
The Colts have actually had a fairly efficient offense this season scoring 30 or more points in their last three games. And after an 0-3 start, they've been playing some good football as of late.
They're 3-2 in their last five games with their only two losses coming in overtime to good Baltimore Ravens and Tennessee Titans games.
On paper, despite what the Jets did on Sunday, the Colts should win this game. They are the better team with the better roster.
But if the Jets play like they did on Sunday, this will be a competitive game, and they might even pull out the win.
Primetime games have been wild this year, so I'll predict a Colts 31-30 victory with a game-winning field goal in the final seconds.
I look forward to being completely wrong in three days' time.
