NY Jets vs. Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles are only a few weeks removed from playing in one of the greatest Super Bowls of all time and there's no reason to believe they won't be as competitive next season. Jalen Hurts had a breakout campaign, proving to the football world that he's an MVP candidate, while the Eagles' defense was tough to play against.

We already predicted that the Jets would play the Chiefs in a primetime game this year, so it wouldn't be shocking for them to play their Super Bowl opponent this season as well.

NY Jets vs. or @ Buffalo Bills

Last but not least, the Bills face the Jets twice this year, and there's no doubt that one of these games will be a primetime match-up. We all know that Mahomes versus Rodgers is a big game, but Josh Allen versus Rodgers in an AFC East battle will be just as important.

For the first time in a decade, the Jets could actually win the AFC East. I repeat, for the first time in a decade, the Jets may actually win the AFC East. With the Jets and Bills typically playing against each other in one of the last regular season games each year, it would make a lot of sense to schedule one of those as a primetime game.

It's quite possible that, if the TV networks schedule this game perfectly, a matchup between the Bills and Jets in late December or January could be for the AFC East crown.

As a Jets fan for 20 years, meaningful regular season football late in the regular season would be incredible theatre, and something all of us are hoping for.
