Despite reportedly not wanting to do it, the NY Jets will be the team featured on HBO’s "Hard Knocks" this season. ESPN’s Adam Schefter has reported that the Jets "fought it all along," and that they will give the "least access" of any season of the show.

This is not surprising, as Robert Saleh was vocal about the team not wanting to do the show during OTAs. Either way, they are doing it, and it still should give Jets and NFL fans alike an interesting look at the team.

Here are five Jets we hope are featured heavily on ‘Hard Knocks’

1. Aaron Rodgers, QB, NY Jets

The main reason why the Jets were chosen for the show, even after expressing their disinterest in doing it, is undoubtedly Aaron Rodgers. With the rules in place that allow certain teams to refuse to participate in the show, it is rare that they get a chance to have a quarterback of Aaron Rodgers' caliber.

Rodgers himself has been open about not wanting to do the show, saying at the American Century Championship this past weekend, "They forced it down our throats."

Rodgers will likely still be the focal point of the series. From his decision to come to the Jets, leaving the Green Bay Packers, the darkness retreat, fitting in with his new team, moving to New Jersey, etc., there are plenty of storylines surrounding the Jets' new quarterback.
