2. NY Jets target: Austin Corbett, OG, Los Angeles Rams

Now we get into the really intriguing targets for the Jets this offseason, starting with Austin Corbett. A former second-round pick of the Browns, Corbett never lived up to expectations in Cleveland.

He was traded to the Rams in the middle of his second NFL season having started just one game with his former team. Since then, however, he's developed into a rock-solid starting guard and an important part of the Rams' offensive line.

Corbett started seven games in 2019 returning as the team's full-time starting right guard in 2020. He finished with a Pro Football Focus grade of 73.4 that ranked 11th among all guards in football.

Corbett returned in 2021 and proved that the previous season was no fluke either finishing with a PFF grade of 68.8 that ranked 27th among 82 guards in the NFL.

At just 26-years-old and with two years of above-average starting experience under his belt, Corbett is expected to be one of the hotter commodities on the offensive line market in free agency.

The Jets are looking for a starting right guard this offseason and Corbett is exactly the type of player that checks all of Joe Douglas' boxes. He's durable, young, and productive. Expect the Jets to be interested.
