4. NY Jets target: Sebastian Joseph-Day, DT, Los Angeles Rams

Sebastian Joseph-Day is one of the more underrated pieces of a very good Los Angeles Rams defense. He may fly under the radar, but he's likely set for a decent payday this offseason.

In many ways, Joseph-Day is the Rams' version of Folorunso Fatukasi. In fact, their similarities are a little eerie.

A sixth-round pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, Joseph-Day was inactive every game as a rookie before taking over as a full-time starter in his second NFL season.

He's since started 38 of 39 games becoming a focal point of the Rams' run defense. Joseph-Day's 15.8% run stop rate was the highest among all NFL players in 2021, even if it came in a limited sample size.

The local Rutgers product played just seven games this season after undergoing surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle. He was, however, just activated from the injured reserve and is set to play in the Super Bowl.

Joseph-Day has a similar background and skillset to Fatukasi, but at 6-foot-4, 310 pounds, he might be a better fit in the Jets' defensive scheme.

If the Jets move on from Fatukasi, Joseph-Day would be an ideal replacement.
