The NY Jets have slowly been putting together a solid roster since Joe Douglas took over as general manager, and after a fantastic draft class a year ago and some big moves this offseason, we are now looking at one of the deepest and most talented rosters in the entire NFL.

After a big step forward to a 7-10 record in 2022, the Jets acquired a star quarterback and continued adding to this talented group, and with Super Bowl aspirations in mind, if everything goes right for the Jets, hopefully the individual accolades can come rolling in too.

After four All-Pros as well as the Defensive and Offensive Rookie of the Year, this is a team ready to make another step, and with such a talented roster, today we will take a look at 10 Jets that can realistically expect to be competing for Pro Bowl honors in 2023.

10. Tyler Conklin, TE, NY Jets

Many people look at the Jets' 2022 draft class but overlook the solid pickups they made in free agency, and while Tyler Conklin and C.J. Uzomah couldn't shine in 2022 with less-than-stellar quarterback play that shouldn't be a hindrance in 2023.

Even with the poor QB play, Conklin managed to haul in 58 catches for 552 yards and three touchdowns. While the AFC has the likes of Mark Andrews, Evan Engram, and Travis Kelce, Conklin is just as capable of production as any of those names, especially with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback.

The Jets have drafted well for the future of the position, but in win-now mode, expect Conklin to become TE1 throughout the season. If he stays healthy, we should no doubt be looking at a career year for the former Minnesota Vikings draft pick.
