It's getting ugly.

The New York Jets suffered another embarrassing loss on Sunday afternoon, this time against the Carolina Panthers. Aaron Glenn's Jets remain the only winless team in football at 0-7 on the season.

Sunday's performance was very similar to last week's loss to the Broncos in London. The defense played well for the second week in a row, but the offense looked lost and failed to reach the end zone again.

Despite Glenn making a quarterback change at halftime, it wasn't enough to spark the team, as a frustrated locker room continues to boil. Star pass rusher Jermaine Johnson wasn't happy about another loss and expressed himself with a cryptic tweet.

It's only mid-October, but the Jets have already reached the cryptic social media posts portion of the season.

The Jets are a complete disaster, and unfortunately, Sunday showed that even with a quarterback change, the offense is still incompetent right now. The Jets haven't scored a first-half touchdown since week one.

The issues at quarterback and Glenn's unwillingness to bench Justin Fields before today's game put him at risk of losing the locker room already. Sitting at 0-7 on the season, and messages like that from Jermaine Johnson give hints of that already being the case.

Jermaine Johnson's impact on the Jets' defense has been massive when he's been healthy, and it's not a coincidence that in his first two games back after being sidelined for three games, the defense has made a complete 180.

Every player on the defensive side of the football should be growing frustrated because what has taken place over the last two weeks is very similar to the story that plagued most of the Robert Saleh era. A defense that does its job, but an offense that can't move the ball.

Aaron Glenn can sell his vision all he wants and try to get players to buy into it, but the reality is, until it starts translating to wins, frustrations and lack of trust in this coaching staff are only going to grow.

The most concerning part of this entire season is the regression that New York is going through every week. This team, led by Glenn, has gotten worse each week and has shown no signs that they will begin to show progress in the right direction.

Johnson, as one of the cornerstones pieces of this defense and team as a whole, should be frustrated just like the rest of the locker room. With trade rumors swirling and losses mounting, it's only going to get uglier for Glenn and this regime if wins don't start following.
