The NY Jets have already had quite the successful offseason. From signing players like Carl Lawson and Corey Davis in free agency to adding the likes of Zach Wilson and Alijah Vera-Tucker during the 2021 NFL Draft, the Jets have already made their fair share of moves.

Combined with the overhaul of the coaching staff led by new head coach Robert Saleh, it’s safe to say that the 2021 Jets will look vastly different from their 2020 counterparts.

And given the 2-14 disaster that we were all witness to a year ago, that’s certainly for the best.

The Jets went into the offseason eyeing change. Change in regard to the coaching staff. Change in regard to the roster. And change in regard to the culture.

That change has occurred.

Now that it’s May, teams tend to begin to prepare for the upcoming season including OTAs, minicamp, and eventually training camp. But could the Jets still make another move or two before next season begins?

It’s certainly possible, if not probable.

Despite their numerous additions this offseason, there are still a number of holes on the Jets’ roster — a product of years of poor roster building. They could turn to the free-agent pool to fill some of those holes.

A few notable free agents remain on the open market, even into the month of May. And some of those players also have prior ties to the Jets.

Let’s take a look at four remaining free agents the Jets could look to sign following the 2021 NFL Draft.
