For the New York Jets, it’s crunch time as they’re currently 4-6 and have to win out every step of the way if they’re to keep their NFL Playoff hopes alive. Newton is easily one of the top quarterbacks playing today that is such a hybrid threat, the Jets defense will need to be sharp and ready for him to take off at any time to get a first down or even take it all the way to the house. They haven’t faced a quarterback like Newton yet this season as it’ll be a true test of their defensive chemistry and ability to contain such a dynamic quarterback.
