The New York Jets head to Oakland to take on the Raiders in what could be the most one-sided game of Week 2. Here’s a preview, how to watch on TV, and even view online streams of this matchup.
As the New York Jets prepare for what could be their worst game in years, Week 2 against the Oakland Raiders could very well be a matchup they’d like to forget once it’s over. Almost every major outlet predicts the Raiders to rout the Jets to the point of no tomorrow.
It’s hard to argue since last week, the Jets lost to the Buffalo Bills in which they failed to score a touchdown through the air. That’s right, their only touchdown of the game came from a 4th and inches quarterback sneak by Josh McCown into the end zone. Besides that, the offense of the Jets didn’t do much of anything against the Bills.
The scary part is the defense of the Raiders is better than the Bills which means they’ll more than likely shut down the Jets in every aspect of this matchup. The Raiders have a terrific offense, consistent defense, and a coaching staff that knows how to adjust properly to leave a football game victorious. It won’t be easy for the Jets but if they’re to at least have a shot, they need to have a better game plan than what they rolled out last week.
