For the Jets vs Chiefs game, Gang Green will need to keep the two biggest offensive weapons they have in Spencer Ware and Jeremy Maclin.

The New York Jets will be playing a very important matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs this afternoon. For this Jets vs Chiefs game, it’s still early in the season but this should be a must win for Gang Green.

The New England Patriots are 3-0 without quarterback Tom Brady so far and it’s a concern for many Jets fans. The Jets are 1-1 and need to win this game as falling down to 1-2 would definitely lower NFL Playoff chances. The Jets’ offense should be able to get to work on the Chiefs’ defense but they need there own defense to step up against the Chiefs’ offense.

Running back Jamaal Charles is doubtful as of now so Jets fans can breathe a sigh of relief but they aren’t out of the woods yet. The real threat the Jets need to worry about on offense is wide receiver, Jeremy Maclin.

Maclin has yet to have a big game but it could happen against a struggling Darrelle Revis.

It doesn’t seem like the Jets are completely concerned about Revis just yet but if he keeps it up it should become a bigger concern. With all of this said the Jets are going to need to have tight coverage on Maclin this game and if it doesn’t work out the consequences could be major for the Jets.
