We all know that the New York Jets have two great receivers in Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker. What about the great under the radar performance of Quincy Enunwa?

In the first two weeks of the season, the New York Jets have played to a 1-1 record. We all knew wide receivers Eric Decker and Brandon Marshall would thrive. But coming into the new season, the Jets didn’t have a strong third wide receiver.

That is of course, until these first two weeks of the season where wide receiver Quincy Enunwa has done a great job with the role. Enunwa is still only 24-years-old and is in his third season of his young career.

Last year, Enunwa saw very little action last season during 12 games played. Coming into 2016, it seemed it would be a repeat of 2015 for him as the Jets already had lots of offensive weapons. Since then, the expectations have completed changed.

In his first game against the Cincinnati Bengals, Enunwa caught seven passes for 54 yards and a touchdown. In his second game against the Buffalo Bills, Enunwa caught six passes for 92 yards.

It’s been a small sample size but quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick has seemed to not have any problems passing to him and that shouldn’t change anytime soon.

Not only has Enunwa been a great help for the Jets but he’s been great for fantasy teams also.

In ESPN fantasy football leagues, Enunwa is only owned in 25.9% of leagues so he should be available in yours.

With 11 fantasy points in his first week and 9 in his second, Enunwa is definitely at least a FLEX and can be a WR3 all season long.

Enunwa has done a great job for the Jets so far this season and it won’t be surprising if his success keeps going. He’s on the way to his best season yet with Gang Green.

Overall, if the Jets plan to finally end their NFL Playoff drought, it may very well come down to everything Enunwa brings to the table. Keep an eye on him this season since Jets Nation might have only seen a small glimpse of what he’s capable of.
