Jets vs Patriots: Injury status report

facebooktwitterreddit

The latest injury status report for the Jets vs Patriots game has the majority of key defensive players out for Washington and a notable injury to one of New York’s speedy receivers.

In preparation for the Jets vs Patriots Week 7 game, both teams officially listed their injury reports on Friday. Thanks to the Media Relations Department of the Jets, they sent us the latest injury report for both teams entering this matchup.

One of the biggest injuries to the Jets is to running back Bilal Powell who is listed as OUT in this game. He’s mainly used in relief of Chris Ivory and is known to be able to keep those chains moving during key third down conversions. He also has been used a receiving option out of the backfield.

This will be a very physical and tough contest for both teams as the Jets deploy one of the top defenses in the NFL and the Patriots have been outscoring opponents at will with their top-rated offense. This will be another classic battle between two teams to be on top of the AFC East when all is said and done.
