Hello Jets fans. It is time to look at another early mock draft. I know we don’t know who will be running the draft for the Jets at this point. Our friends at NFL Mocks, another member of the Fansided family, have put out a mock of their own. This one is a two round mock.

Let’s see who NFL Mocks has chosen for the Jets in the first round of the 2015 NFL Draft:

Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford

Another team with a quarterback dilemma, but the New York Jets have problems beyond that position. They can’t think about a rookie QB until they solve their problems up front. Andrus Peat has the size and ability to help with that.

The Jets could absolutely go this way. Mariota and Winston are off the board. The offensive line will make the wheels turn, no matter who the quarterback is, I have said it time and time again. Without a great offensive line, it could be Peyton Manning back there and it wouldn’t matter.

With Brandon Scherff off of the board as well, the Jets could do worse than this 6’7″, 313 lb. tackle.

Moving on, let’s see who the Jets would select in the second round of the draft.

Jalen Collins, CB, LSU

We know the Jets need help on the outside in the secondary. Jalen Collins stands at 6’2″. The Jets could do a lot worse than addressing this need in the second round of the draft.

What do you guys think?
