Tonight is shaping to be a great night for football fans all across the globe. For us fans of the New York Jets, we’ve been waiting for this moment for months. Now is the time to see what exactly the Jets plan to do with the No. 6 overall pick.

Part of being a Jets fan can pretty much be summed up in one simple word: Patience. Whether you’ve been rooting for this team since Joe Namath guaranteed a Super Bowl win or you remember all the great touchdowns Vinny Testaverde threw to Wayne Chrebet, it’s a time for all of us to come together and support this team.

Yeah, things aren’t looking so great for Gang Green heading into the upcoming season but their fans know all about loyalty and well, being patient. We know the Jets are in a rebuilding phase and need our support to get through what could very well be a long season ahead.

More from The Jet Press

If the Jets have another losing season, it might not be all so negative. The Jets should be able to play a majority of their younger players and well, regular season experience is huge when it comes to development.

The Jets have a lot of options to consider with the No. 6 overall pick. We here at The Jet Press value all our loyal readers and want to share tonight’s experience with you all. Besides our rapid news pieces and editorials that will undoubtedly be published once the pick is in, we’d like to interact with you all throughout the event.
