In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Luciano discuss takeaways from Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey's NFL Scouting Combine press conferences and put together a tier list of all New York Jets quarterback options in 2026.

The show started with a brief discussion about Glenn and Mougey's press conferences at the NFL Combine on Tuesday. Mougey revealed some telling insight into the future of Breece Hall, while Glenn had some interesting comments about Woody Johnson and Wink Martindale to share.

Did either Glenn or Mougey say anything else that was notable? What should Jets fans know about Tuesday's pressers? We've got you covered.

The remainder of the show was dedicated to a 21-player tier list of every feasible quarterback option for the Jets in 2026, minus a couple of forgotten names like Jimmy Garoppolo and Russell Wilson.

The list ranged from high-profile quarterback targets like Kyler Murray and Derek Carr to low-end veterans like Joe Flacco and Gardner Minshew. The result was an excellent summation of how dire the Jets' options are this offseason.

How many quarterbacks landed in our highest tiers? How realistic is a trade for someone like Murray or Carr? What about other veterans like Geno Smith, Tua Tagovailoa, and even Kirk Cousins?

Justin and Mike also went in-depth about potential younger trade targets like Davis Mills, Tanner McKee, Anthony Richardson, and Will Levis. Both hosts agreed that Levis might actually be the most intriguing of the bunch, but just how excited should Jets fans be if he were to be the Week 1 starter?

We also discussed Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson at length and whether he makes sense for the Jets at No. 16. Justin and Mike analyzed various scenarios, including a potential trade-up for Simpson later in the first round.

Other quarterbacks discussed include the likes of Jacoby Brissett, Mac Jones, Malik Willis, Spencer Rattler, Marcus Mariota, and more. Justin and Mike left no stone unturned in their pursuit of a new Jets quarterback.
