In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Luciano discuss the NY Jets' new-look coaching staff, the organization's recent front office turnover, the contentious Aaron Rodgers conversation, and this weekend's Super Bowl matchup.

The show started with an overall analysis of Aaron Glenn's Jets coaching staff to this point. Glenn has hired his three coordinators — Tanner Engstrand, Steve Wilks, and Chris Banjo — and begun the process of putting together the rest of his staff.

Justin and Mike share their thoughts on the staff as a whole and take a deeper dive into Engstrand, who was hired by the Jets to be their new offensive coordinator last week. We also compare Glenn's coaching staff to Robert Saleh's early staffs with the Jets.

The Jets did a little February cleaning with their front office on Wednesday, reportedly parting ways with co-director of player personnel Greg Nejmeh and senior director of football administration David Socie.

Nejmeh had been with the organization for 16 years and was one of the highest-ranking members of the Jets' personnel department. Socie initially joined the Jets in 2018 and was one of the team's top salary cap and contract consultants.

Glenn and new general manager Darren Mougey are attempting to rid the Jets of the old guard and will bring in some new faces, including new co-director of player personnel Rob Paton, who was hired away from the Denver Broncos on Wednesday.

The Aaron Rodgers discussion returned again this week, as Justin and Mike analyzed both sides of the debate. Should the Jets run it back with Rodgers in 2025? Is it time to move on?

Former Atlanta Falcons general manager Thomas Dimitroff, who notably interviewed for the Jets' GM job this cycle, indicated in an interview this week that he believes it's best for both sides to move on. What do we think? There's only one way to find out.

Finally, Justin and Mike each gave their picks for Super Bowl LIX this Sunday. Justin thinks the Kansas City Chiefs will find a way to win again while Mike believes it's the Philadelphia Eagles who will reclaim their throne atop the NFL world.
