The NY Jets are hours away from an all-important Week 2 matchup with the Tennessee Titans. Following their disappointing Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, the Jets can ill-afford another loss to a Titans team they probably should be beating.
On paper, this Jets roster is significantly more talented than their opponents, which is why the Jets are 3.5-point road favorites. Vegas believes the Jets will win this game, but games aren't played on paper.
The Titans also have their backs against the wall following their own Week 1 letdown this past Sunday. Despite their opponents, the Chicago Bears, not scoring a single offensive touchdown, the Titans still found a way to lose 24-17.
Both teams are in need of a victory to right their Week 1 wrongs. Here's a look at the expected announcers and referee crew for today's Jets-Titans game.

The officiating crew for today's Jets-Titans game will be headed by crew chief Alan Eck. Eck enters his ninth season as an NFL official and is a part-time tax manager when he's not officiating football games.
This week's crew does have one rookie official, that being line judge Derek Anderson — no relation to the former NFL player. Anderson was previously an official in the Big 12.
The most experienced member of Eck's officiating crew is back judge Greg Meyer, who enters his 23rd season as a referee. Meyer, a TCU alum, is a banker when he's not executing his officiating duties.
