In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Luciano discuss the expected lack of NY Jets coaching turnover, Jets players who won't be back in 2024, and the team's upcoming Week 17 game against the Cleveland Browns on Thursday Night Football.

Multiple reports have confirmed that not only are the Jets expected to retain general manager Joe Douglas and head coach Robert Saleh in 2024, as announced by team owner Woody Johnson, but that the team's entire coaching staff is also expected to return next season.

Yes, that includes the likes of offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, passing game coordinator Todd Downing, and even offensive line coach Keith Carter, although there is some discrepancy with the latter of the trio.

Justin and Mike discuss what this means for the future of the organization and if this is a good idea or not. Spoiler: it's probably not.

The conversation then shifted to a discussion about certain Jets players who won't be back with the team in 2024. That includes the obvious names such as Zach Wilson and Mekhi Becton as well as some not-so-obvious names.

Will the Jets re-sign Jordan Whitehead? What's the future hold for players like Laken Tomlinson and even Max Mitchell? Justin and Mike broke down what the Jets' roster could look like in 2024.

Finally, Justin and Mike analyzed the Jets' upcoming Thursday night game against the Browns. Joe Flacco will be out for revenge against his former team in a game that could have serious draft implications for Gang Green.

What do the Jets need to do to defeat Flacco and the Browns? What should fans expect from the game? Will Flacco continue to play well?
