In the latest episode of The Jet Press Podcast, Justin Fried and Mike Mike Luciano discuss the recent Bryce Huff trade rumors, conduct a NY Jets fantasy draft, and share their favorite memories from Jets games.
The Athletic's Zack Rosenblatt reported earlier this week that the Jets had received trade offers for Huff this offseason. To this point, no deal has been reached, and it's unclear how serious the Jets would be about entertaining those offers.
Justin and Mike discuss if the Jets should consider trading Huff this summer. What role could Huff actually play in 2023? What might the Jets be able to get in a trade for him? Is he even going to be on the roster next season?
Following that brief bit of Jets analysis, Justin and Mike conducted a Jets fantasy draft. Each individual was tasked with drafting a team of 10 Jets players from the current roster.
As you might expect, the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson, and Quinnen Williams were drafted quite early, but how did the rest of the draft shake out? Who came away with the better team? Let us know in the comments on YouTube or any of our social media channels.
Finally, Justin and Mike discussed some of their favorite memories from attending Jets games over the years.
Mike spoke about his experience at the final Jets home game at the old Meadowlands, while Justin shared a story about meeting former Jets long snapper Tanner Purdum and his family at a game. You don't want to miss these stories!
