The NY Jets have released their final inactive list of the season ahead of their regular-season finale against the Miami Dolphins in Week 18. Two of the five inactive players are absent due to injury.
Quarterback Mike White is inactive again with a ribs injury. White returned from injury in Week 17 but clearly didn't look 100 percent. Head coach Robert Saleh said that White was expected to play earlier in the week before he was ruled out just a few days later.
The Jets will start Joe Flacco in place of the injured White while Zach Wilson will serve as the only backup. Chris Streveler was not promoted from the practice squad and is thus not active for Week 18.
Tight end C.J. Uzomah is also inactive this week. Uzomah was added to the injury report on Friday and was listed as questionable for the game. The Jets have three active tight ends this week with Uzomah out: Tyler Conklin, Kenny Yeboah, and Jeremy Ruckert.
This could be an opportunity for the Jets to get an extended look at their third-round rookie Ruckert who has played sparingly this season.

Running back James Robinson is once again inactive for what will likely be his final game with the Jets. Robinson has been inactive in each of the last five weeks and will finish the season with just 85 yards in four games with the Jets. That means the Jets only have to surrender a sixth-round pick instead of a fifth-round pick.
The final two inactives for the Jets this week are more of a courtesy gesture than anything. The Jets promoted defensive end Bradlee Anae and wide receiver Irvin Charles to the active roster on Saturday, but neither is active this week.
That means the Jets promoted Anae and Charles simply for the benefit of receiving a game check — a nice gesture to two players who have spent the entire season on the practice squad.
The Jets take on the Dolphins with kickoff set for 1:00 pm.
