The NY Jets are quickly approaching the start of what could be one of the most important seasons for the franchise in recent memory. But before the regular season begins, the first stop along the way is training camp.

Before the Jets faithful pile into MetLife Stadium for the team's Week 1 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens and even before the Jets take the field for their first preseason game, they'll put the pads on for the first time at training camp this summer.

It's been an eventful offseason for the Jets as the team added a number of talented players on both sides of the ball. The hope is that those roster improvements will allow the team to show considerable improvement in 2022.

That, of course, remains to be seen, but training camp could be the first indicator of just how much progress the Jets have made. Let's take a look at everything you need to know about NY Jets training camp this year.

When does NY Jets training camp start?

Jets training camp technically already began last week on July 19 when rookies reported. However, the true "start" of training camp will be on Tuesday, July 26 when veterans report to Florham Park.

Where is NY Jets training camp located?

The Jets have held their training camp at the Atlantic Health Jets Training Center in Florham Park, New Jersey since 2015 and that will be the case once again in 2022.

Is NY Jets training camp open to the public?

The Jets will have seven training camp practices open to the public including the team's Green and White Scrimmage held at MetLife Stadium on August 6. The first practice open to the public will be on July 30 at 10:30 am ET.

  • August 2 – 10:15 am ET
  • August 6 – 7:00 pm ET (Green and White Scrimmage - MetLife Stadium)

  • August 19 – 10:15 am ET (Joint practice with the Falcons)
  • August 20 – 10:15 am ET (Joint practice with the Falcons)

How to get NY Jets training camp tickets

All tickets for public training camp practices are sold out at the time of writing. You are still able to "purchase" tickets to the Green and White Scrimmage for free via the Jets' website.

Is NY Jets training camp being streamed anywhere?

The Jets don't typically stream their training camp practices, but they do report live from select practices on their website. Player interviews, highlights, etc. are readily available.
