It has been a rough start to the season for the NY Jets as they enter Week 4 with an 0-3 record and a tough opponent coming to town in the Tennessee Titans.

Both teams are dealing with their fair share of injuries, this game has a bit of intrigue, but as always, I'm interested in the player props. So without further ado let's jump right in.

All odds are courtesy of WynnBet.

NY Jets wide receiver Corey Davis' prop for receiving yards this week is 54.5 (o/u)

It has been a quiet two weeks for Corey Davis since his great Week 1 performance. He was signed to be the team's No. 1 wide receiver, and he has been in terms of targets at 22.

However, he has only caught 54.5 percent of those targets for a yards per reception of 12.2. His average depth of target (aDOT) this year is 12.0.

The aDOT is in line with what he has done over his career, however, the catch rate and yards per reception have definitely been better. The decline in efficiency makes sense when you consider he is playing with a rookie quarterback in Zach Wilson who is adjusting to life in the NFL.

It is not all on Wilson though as the offensive line has struggled, as well as Davis himself. He has three drops through three weeks after having three drops all of last year.

There is room for some positive regression here, assuming that Davis can eliminate his drop issues and Wilson can get more comfortable.

This week presents a different challenge for Davis as he takes on his former team in the Tennessee Titans. Davis has already admitted that it bothers him that the Titans did not make an effort to bring him back as one of their free agents.

You have to imagine this provides some extra motivation for Davis in this one. Luckily the matchup is good too, the Titans have allowed 14.8 yards per reception to opposing wideouts, seventh-most in the NFL.

Davis is in line for a nice bounce-back game.

My Projection: 69 receiving yards (OVER)
