NY Jets running back Breece Hall has a high ceiling in 2022, and if all the cards fall into place, could even win Offensive Rookie of the Year.
According to WynnBET, Hall has +900 odds to win OROY, ranked fourth best among all rookies. The favorite for the award is Pittsburgh Steelers' Kenny Pickett at +500 odds followed by Tennessee Titans' Treylon Burks and Atlanta Falcons' Drake London.
Hall has better odds to win the award than fellow Jets teammate Garrett Wilson (+1000), which isn't too surprising.
Whereas Wilson's success will hinge on quarterback Zach Wilson's improvement this year, Hall could feasibly break out behind an improved Jets' run-blocking line.

As the first running back taken in the 2022 draft, Hall was a widely acclaimed second-round pick for New York who adds both depth and upside to the Jets' running back corps.
The Jets' starting ball-carrier will likely be 2021 fourth-rounder Michael Carter, who missed some time last season due to injury.
New York also has Tevin Coleman and Ty Johnson as options in the backfield, but Hall adds an extra dose of youth and could grow into a bigger role as the season progresses.
Heading into 2022, the team added crucial pieces to its offensive unit in the form of Hall, Wilson, and free agents like Laken Tomlinson and could be set up for a winning record this season.
Yet despite the team's offseason moves, the Jets have one of the most difficult schedules this year and may not be able to end their postseason drought.
Regardless, Hall will be key to the Jets' season success whether he wins OROY or not -- don't sleep on the young running back making a big splash in 2022.
