NY Jets vs. Miami Dolphins top prop bets to make for Week 11 NFL Game
By Justin Fried
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle's prop for receiving yards this week is 62.5 (o/u)
This one goes back to the Jets' defense and how they've struggled mightily in recent weeks. Dolphins rookie wide receiver Jaylen Waddle is projected to finish with roughly 62.5 receiving yards this week.
The sixth overall pick has been one of the NFL's most productive rookie receivers this season with 60 catches for 557 yards and three touchdowns in 10 games. He's hauled in 58 or more yards in more than half of those games including four of his last five games.
Why would that change against a Jets defense that's been historically bad over the last month or so?
The Jets are banged up at cornerback following an injury to Brandin Echols in last Sunday's game. That might force Javelin Guidry into the starting lineup with others such as Isaiah Dunn, Jason Pinnock, and Rachad Wildgoose in the mix as well.
Waddle could have a field day against this Jets defense, especially given the team's absence of anything remotely competent at the safety position.
Week 11 could be a career week for Jaylen Waddle and it wouldn't be a surprise to see him top 100 yards for the first time as a professional.
Bet the over here as well.
