The NY Jets will return to the road in Week 3 as they travel to Empower Field at Mile High to take on the Denver Broncos this Sunday.

Following a disappointing loss to the New England Patriots in Week 2, the Jets will look to win their first game of the season against a Broncos team fresh off back-to-back victories over the NY Giants and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Denver will be hoping to surge to 3-0 in a game they'll be heavily favored in. And given what we saw from Zach Wilson and the Jets in Week 2, it's hard to argue with that.

Wilson hopes to have a bounce-back game in Week 3 after his disastrous four-interception performance against the Patriots.

Which team will emerge as the victors in this important Week 3 matchup?

NY Jets vs. Broncos Odds Week 3

According to WynnBet, the Broncos are the 11.5-point favorites at home against the Jets. The Broncos' moneyline for the game is currently set at -630 while the Jets are the underdogs at +450.

The total over/under for the game is set at 41.5 points.

NY Jets vs. Broncos Prediction Week 3

Given how both of these two teams fared this past week, it's hard to pick anything other than a Denver victory. Vic Fangio and the Broncos made Trevor Lawrence look silly in Week 2, not too dissimilar to how Zach Wilson looked against New England.

The Broncos have an uber-talented defense with plenty of talent on the offensive side of the ball as well. It also helps that Teddy Bridgewater has played well through the first two games of the year.

As for the Jets, they'll need a much better performance from their rookie QB to be competitive. That could prove to be difficult too against this Broncos defense.

The Jets will need the Wilson they saw in the second half of Week 1 combined with the offensive line play they got in Week 2. If not, it could be another long day for Gang Green.

Let's call this one a 27-13 Broncos victory. Denver covers the hefty spread.
