NY Jets Fantasy Football: Winners and losers from Week 8
By Chris Nass
TE Losers
Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons | 3.3 fantasy points
After two straight games with 100+ receiving yards, Kyle Pitts had his weakest game so far this season against the Carolina Panthers. Due to the absence of Calvin Ridley, Pitts was the number one receiving target and was doubled most of the time.
It will be exciting to see how Pitts holds up against the New Orleans Saints' defense in their next game.
Dalton Schultz, Dallas Cowboys | 3.1 fantasy points
After being the TE1 in fantasy football for four straight games, Dalton Schultz couldn't repeat that another time against the Minnesota Vikings. Schultz still saw seven targets, but was only able to catch two of them and only gained 11 yards in the process.
Noah Fant, Denver Broncos | 2.8 fantasy points
Noah Fant had just two receptions on four targets for just eight yards in the win over the Washington Football Team. With the return of Albert Okwuegbunam, the targets were split between the two tight ends.
Considering Fant has only had two games over 50 receiving yards this season, that likely won't improve with the target share with Okwuegbunam.
