NY Jets Fantasy Football: Winners and losers from Week 8
By Chris Nass
WR Losers
Terry McLaurin, Washington Football Team | 6.5 fantasy points
Terry McLaurin caught just three of his seven targets in the game against the Denver Broncos, gaining just 23 yards. McLaurin has yet to have fewer yards and fewer catches this season.
Let's hope that Ryan Fitzpatrick can return soon allowing McLaurin to play bigger role again.
Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings | 4.1 fantasy points
Justin Jefferson had a pitch-black day in Sunday night's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Four targets, two receptions, and just 21 yards marked Jefferson's weakest performance of the season.
Part of the reason was certainly the lackluster performance of Kirk Cousins, who threw for only 184 yards.
Mike Williams, Los Angeles Chargers | 3.9 fantasy points
After a disappointing game before the bye week, Mike Williams again failed to live up to expectations. He caught just two of his five targets, gaining 19 yards in the process. It remains to be seen if things get better next week at the Philadelphia Eagles.
