RB Winners

Michael Carter, NY Jets | 32.2 fantasy points

Michael Carter is RB1 of Week 8 in PPR! What a bear of a performance from the rookie in the win over the Cincinnati Bengals.

Carter got 29 opportunities on Sunday and was both the Jets' rushing leader and receiving leader with 15 carries for 77 yards and a touchdown with 14 targets for nine receptions and 95 yards.

This explosion doesn't necessarily come as a surprise. After all, Carter has been the engine of the Jets offense for weeks now.

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals | 25.1 fantasy points

Joe Mixon delivered against Jets on Sunday — which was to be expected. He tallied 14 carries for 33 yards and a touchdown in his team's loss, as well as five targets for four receptions, 58 yards, and another touchdown. That gives Mixon a total of seven touchdowns this season.

Ty Johnson, NY Jets | 19.6 fantasy points

Not much went right for Ty Johnson in the running game on Sunday. Four rushing attempts for 15 yards speaks for itself. Michael Carter is taking more and more carries away from Johnson.

Still, Johnson found his place in the game against the Bengals. With six targets for five receptions, 71 yards, and a touchdown, Johnson was well involved in the passing game.
