NY Jets wide receiver Jamison Crowder's prop for receptions this week is 4.5 (o/u)

Jamison Crowder's return in Week 4 got somewhat overshadowed by big days from Zach Wilson, Corey Davis, and Keelan Cole. But make no mistake, his return provided a much-needed spark to the offense.

Even more so, Crowder gives Wilson a reliable safety blanket to target, especially with the absence of a reliable tight end. He should remain an integral part of the offense for as long as he's in New York.

Last week, Crowder hauled in seven catches for 61 yards in his return. And I'd expect his high target rate to carry over in Week 5 with a very favorable matchup against the Falcons.

As previously mentioned, the Falcons will be without their starting slot cornerback in Isaiah Oliver who has played well this year. It'll likely be fifth-round rookie Avery Williams who steps up and replaces him in the starting lineup.

But Williams will have no easy task defending one of the more unheralded slot receivers in the NFL. Crowder could be in line for another big day.

Crowder was targeted nine times in his first game back. Even with a returning Elijah Moore, he should have no issue finishing with five or more catches in this one.

This is just too good of a matchup for him.

*Avery Williams is now listed as doubtful for Sunday's game and is unlikely to play. Even more reason to bet the over for Crowder.*
