Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor's prop for receptions this week is 2.5 (o/u)

Jonathan Taylor has quickly become one of the best running backs in the NFL. He's on pace for career highs in every category. Over the last two seasons, only Derrick Henry and Dalvin Cook have more rushing yards than Jonathan Taylor.

Taylor has not just made his impact felt on the ground, he's made an impact in the passing game as well. He is fourth on the team in targets with 25 and takes on a Jets team that allows 10 targets a game to opposing running backs.

Taylor has recorded three receptions in five of his eight games this season. The Colts are also dealing with injuries on offense and should lead to some more receptions for Taylor in this one.

My Projection: 4 receptions (OVER)

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr.'s prop for receptions this week is 6 (o/u)

The Colts have a nice young core led by Taylor and second-year wideout Michael Pittman Jr. Pittman is looking like one of the better wide receivers in football.

Pittman has 65 targets for 594 receiving yards and four receiving touchdowns. He has a 69.2 percent catch rate on the season as well averaging 13.2 yards per reception. He faces off against a young Jets secondary that has played well.

However, Pittman will be the only real receiving option for the Colts on Thursday night. I expect him to command 30 plus percent of the team targets which could lead to a big day for Pittman.

My Projection: 7 receptions (OVER)
