The NY Jets return home this week to take on a scorching hot Cincinnati Bengals team that currently sits atop the AFC North.

Last week was tough to watch as the Jets got dismantled by the New Egland Patriots. Not to mention the injury to rookie quarterback Zach Wilson, among some other players.

As always, though, I will be looking at some of my favorite prop bets for the upcoming game.

NY Jets running back Michael Carter's prop for rushing yards this week is 42.5 (o/u)

Michael Carter has had his moments at points throughout the year. He's led the backfield in touches in recent weeks, highlighted by a season-high 19 total touches in the Jets' Week 7 matchup against the Patriots.

The Bengals have been good against the run this season allowing opposing running backs just 3.5 yards per rush attempt which is fifth-best in the NFL. Considering the fact the Jets are 10.5 point underdogs, I don't see them running the ball all that much in this one.

It is also fair to assume that the Jets playing with a backup quarterback will lead to the Bengals selling out to stop the run and forcing Mike White to beat them.

Michael Carter has only cleared 40 rushing yards in one game this season. I think he can get some work done as a receiver, but when it comes to the run game, I see him struggling this week.

My Projection: 40 rushing yards (UNDER)
