That was ugly. The NY Jets opened the home schedule against longtime rival New England Patriots in front of fans for the first time since 2019.

Coming off their close loss to the Carolina Panthers just a week earlier, the Jets were searching to add their first notch in the win column for the 2021 season.

It's going to have to wait, as the Jets dropped their game against the New England Patriots in one of the ugliest games that was played early Sunday afternoon.

It's a shame that the team played mostly solid as far as doing their duties, but there was clearly something wrong that resulted in the team dropping the game in such an embarrassing fashion.

No Jets fan really enjoyed the product the team put on the field, which is a shame, because honestly, most of the team played extremely well outside of the few players on this list.

Football is a team game, yet it seemed like only a few people were all to blame for this loss.

We really don't want to relive this game too much. Let's just get into it.
