The New York Jets and the Buffalo Bills will square off at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, NY, on Sunday afternoon in a must-win for both teams. The Jets suffered their second straight loss last week, falling 16-12 to the Las Vegas Raiders.

Meanwhile, the Bills’ season is slowly falling apart after losing 24-22 to the Denver Broncos in primetime. Josh Allen had another turnover-filled game, and the team fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey earlier this week.

Jets vs. Bills Key Players to Watch

New York Jets

Garrett Wilson: The second-year wide receiver once again shined for the Jets’ offense last week against the Raiders. Wilson had nine receptions (14 targets) for 93 yards. It is the third time in the past four games that the young wideout has recorded 90 receiving yards or more. The 23-year-old is also averaging 13 targets per game since Week 6. In the Jets’ first meeting against the Bills, Wilson only had five receptions (five targets) for 34 yards.

Buffalo Bills

Josh Allen: The Madden 24 cover athlete has been a turnover machine with 11 interceptions this season. Allen played horribly in last week’s loss to the Broncos, completing 57.7% of his passes for 177 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions. He’s thrown at least one interception in six straight games. Allen must play mistake-free football if the Bills have any shot of making a late-season playoff run.

Jets vs. Bills Prediction and Pick

With the amount of talent the Bills have on offense, it's inexcusable for Allen to play this badly. The Bills have gone 1-3 in their last four games. However, they’ve only allowed 23.7 points per game, which should be enough to win more than one game.

The Bills are 4-2 straight up at home but only 2-4 ATS, which isn’t encouraging. Meanwhile, the Jets haven’t played great football offensively, but their defense keeps them in the game. When these two teams played each other in Week 1, the Bills lost in overtime due to a punt return for a touchdown. Buffalo could finally snap out of their funk and blow out the Jets on Sunday, but I think a seven-point spread is too many points to trust with Allen.
