Chiefs vs. Jets final score prediction for Sunday Night Football
By Iain MacMillan
The New York Jets will once again be featured on Prime Time Football on Sunday night when they host Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
This was supposed to be a marquee matchup between Mahomes and Aaron Rodgers, but now it's projected to be a lopsided mismatch with Zach Wilson at quarterback. If you want to know which way I'm leaning in terms of betting on the game, you can find my best bet for every game this week here.
In this article, I'm going to try to do the impossible and predict the exact final score of the game.

Chiefs vs. Jets score prediction
If you read this week's edition of the "Road to 272 Bets," you know that I like the UNDER in this game, so I think it's going to be a low-scoring affair.
Yes, the Jets offense may be bad, but their defense is still one of the best units in the NFL. It's a squad that I think will cause even the likes of Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce some trouble. So, I'm not afraid to predict the Chiefs won't score as many points as we've come to expect from their electric offense.
Then, when it comes to the Jets offense, I unfortunately think it's going to be an ugly performance. The Chiefs defense has been one of the better defenses they've had in the Patrick Mahomes era.
I think it's going to be a closer game then a lot of people think, but unfortunately, the Chiefs may come out on top. With that being said, don't be surprised if the Jets put up a fight.
Final score prediction: Chiefs 20 - Jets 17
