If the front seven can slow down Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt, Jacoby Brissett won't be able to compensate for struggles in the ground game. He completed just 18/34 passes for 147 yards against Carolina, and the Panthers' defense is worse than New York's.

Cleveland hasn't covered the spread in four straight games as home favorites and I think that rough stretch continues.

Neither team scored in the first quarter last week, as each offense has a ton of limitations.

With a pair of strong defenses, I expect another slugfest early on. Both the Jets and Browns ranked in the bottom-half of the league in 2021 in first quarter scoring and didn't make significant improvements. In fact, I'd argue both got worse.

The 7.5 total gives us cushion if a touchdown is scored, and I love making this part of the parlay.

Moore had a touchdown called back last week due to offensive pass interference, but he did little to change the idea that he's going to breakout this year.

He caught five of seven targets for 49 yards, but I was most encouraged by the number of routes he ran. The Jets infamously limited his routes run in 2021, and it seems they're taking the training wheels off their young stud wideout. At these odds, I'll happily take a shot on a touchdown for a player I expect to find the end zone often this season.
