The New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks are both fading down the stretch, but at least New York has their "savior" coming back from injury.

Mike White is returning to save them from Zach Wilson, but New York could have a reminder of a different quarterback mistake from their past. Geno Smith is a Pro Bowler for Seattle, but then again, the Seahawks have lost three straight and maybe his comeback story will be left in 2022.

Earlier this week, I broke down my best bet for this afternoon's game, but for now, let’s get into a couple of props for this New Year’s Day game between two teams trying to still save their seasons.

Best NFL Prop Bets for Jets vs. Seahawks

  • Mike White Over 247.5 Pass Yards (-110)
  • Zonovan Knight Over 56.5 Rush Yards (-110)
  • Elijah Moore Anytime TD +320

Mike White Over 247.5 Pass Yards

The Jets' offense always functions best with White under center. There’s no question about that, he’s started three games and in one of them he got folded in half like a lawn chair and still threw for over 250 yards. This year, he's averaging 317.3 yards per game.

The Seahawks defense has clearly run out of steam, they played above their talent level at the start of the season, but that’s over. White should have a big day.

Zonovan Knight Over 56.5 Rush Yards (-110)

Things really changed with Zach Wilson back at quarterback, as Knight pretty much turned into a pumpkin compared to when White was under center.

It came on a lower volume, but in his first three games, Knight ran for 69, 90, and 71 yards. Then, when Wilson took over he had 23 and -2 in back-to-back games.

Seattle has given up the second most rushing yards per game of any team this year, so this feels like a bounce back spot for Knight and the Jets running game.

Elijah Moore Anytime TD +320

This is a bit of a longshot, but Moore is actually a part of the offense when White is at quarterback.

His two biggest yardage games of the year and his only touchdown catch of the year came in White’s three starts. Wilson even got him involved with four catches on seven targets for 51 yards against Detroit.

I think Moore could have a big game, especially if Garrett Wilson draws Tariq Woolen most of the afternoon.
