The NY Jets have had a quiet offseason to this point, all things considered. Sure, their pursuit of Aaron Rodgers has dominated headlines, but as we sit here approaching mid-April, he still isn't on the Jets' roster.

Outside of a handful of free-agent signings and trade acquisitions, the Jets haven't officially done much of note this offseason. Much of that is likely due to the fact that everything is pretty much on hold until the Rodgers trade becomes official.

The expectation is that a Rodgers trade will be finalized before the 2023 NFL Draft. The result should be a slew of roster moves made by the Jets in a short timeframe. Some of those moves could be trades.

The following six players on this list are genuine candidates to be traded either before or during the 2023 NFL Draft, if the right offer is made. Let's take a look at six Jets that could be trade chips.

6. Braden Mann, P, NY Jets

The Jets seem likely to have a new (read: old) punter in 2023, as the team officially announced the signing of Thomas Morstead last week. Morstead returns to New York following a stint with the Miami Dolphins last season.

The 14-year NFL veteran previously spent time with the Jets in 2021, filling in for the injured Braden Mann before he was released following Mann's return. After another subpar year from Mann in 2022, Morstead appears to be the favorite to be the Jets' punter next season.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported last month that the Jets were having "trade discussions" centered around Mann. With Morstead on the roster, the Jets likely won't hesitate to move Mann if the right offer comes their way.

Trading Mann for essentially anything would have to be considered a win for Joe Douglas and the Jets' front office.
